CARE Avocats Law Firm is dedicated to fully supporting and following its clients throughout the significant steps of their wealth’s life (constitution, restructuring, diversification and transmission).
To this end, the work method applied by the Firm is the creation of a complete and sustainable strategy, the participation in its implementation and, when needed, preparation of its defense.
The Firm is driven by a philosophy of its own which relies on a great sense of independance, originality, ethic, expertise, pragmatism and efficiency in order to serve and protect its clients interests.
The Firm has developed a network of specialized colleagues (in civil law, family law, real estate law), notaries, mediators and accounting or finance professionals (family officers, chartered accountants, asset managers and private bankers) who share identical values and same sense of diligence.
Naturally, the Firm also collaborates with the historical interlocutors of its clients.
In this context, the Firm resolves daily and exceptional issues related to families’ and professionals’ assets, and defines the great tax stakes for every generations:
- entity set up (including analysis of the most suitable corporate for each member / shareholder)
- business sale (more particularly structuring of the business transfer adapted to the client’s short and long-term objectives)
- business or estate transmission (notably analysis of the transmission, implementation of a Dutreil agreement, analysis of the leading holding company)
- departure abroad or arrival/return to France (in particular reporting formalities, information on tax regimes applicable in France or abroad)
- purchase or sale of real estate in France or abroad (in particular creation of a company, cost estimates, establishment of a dismemberment of property, assistance with notaries in France or abroad)
- tax declarations (including income tax, real estate wealth tax [IFI], exit tax, trust declarations, 3% tax)
- estate planning
- inheritance mediation
- assistance in pre-litigation and litigation, negotiations
BENJAMIN GUY advises French and foreign private clients for setting up their heritage projects, whether these are the result of a business sale operation, real estate acquisition, transfer of tax residence or are the result of a desire for transmission or estate planning.
Benjamin also assists his clients with pre-litigation and tax litigation and pays particular attention to resolving conflicts pragmatically, favoring dialogue and encouraging negotiation.
Finally, Benjamin helps private clients to carry out and develop their patronage and sponsorship projects, in whatever field.
He has also developed expertise in the remuneration of artists (authors, visual artists, photographers) and athletes.
He founded Care Avocats after beginning his career in 2014 within CMS Francis Lefebvre law firm, in a team exclusively dedicated to wealth management.
